MCW Global’s Young Leaders Access Program begins with the Summer Retreat, a 10-day intensive event in the USA that prepares young people, 18-26, from around the world to become leaders of positive change in their communities. After the retreat, participants spend a year developing their action plans with support from alumni mentors.
